Our free automatic insurance for kids offers you financial peace of mind in the event that your dependant child is diagnosed with a critical illness or passes away. It also gives you more time to focus on the things that matter most... your family.
When you take out income protection or critical illness cover with us, you may automatically receive free protection for you children.
Child Support Benefit
- automatic benefit at no additional cost for policies with critical illness cover of $100,000 or more
- cover is for each dependant child aged between 3 next birthday and 18 next birthday
- receive $10,000 on the loss of life of dependant children
- receive $10,000 on dependant children that are diagnosed with one of 23 defined critical conditions
Child Income Benefit
- applicable for income protection contract not held within a superannuation fund
- cover for each dependant child aged between 3 next birthday and 18 next birthday
- receive the lesser of up to $25,000 or three times the monthly benefit for each dependant child on loss of life or diagnosis of one of the 23 defined critical conditions
