Career to date:

I joined Aviva in December 1993 following a variety of roles and an interesting career path.  I’ve worked predominantly within the financial services Industry, gaining experience in both the corporate and small business Sectors.  My roles have ranged from a new business administrator to my current role as a client relationship manager. I’ve been in my new position for four weeks now.  It’s great and very demanding.

What do you like most about your current role?  

As a client relationship manager, I focus on providing a dedicated service offering to our key advisers.  In a nutshell, I deal with complex queries across all Aviva products.  I find the diversity of tasks given to me by our advisers are challenging and almost always interesting to me.

What are the best things about working at Aviva?

Aviva has provided me with many opportunities and advances over the years.  It has provided me with the flexibility in working hours to balance my family life and career, which I find very important to me.
