Career to date:
I joined Aviva in 2001 as an administrator for our Investor Directed Portfolio Service, shortly after the launch of our new administration platform. After 12 months, including a secondment to the call centre, I moved into Personal Superannuation as an Administration Team Leader. A further 2 years developing leadership experience resulted in me moving into an equivalent role within the Business Super space.
After four years involved in leading administration teams, I was promoted to the position of Systems Manager within Business Solutions. Having spent 2.5 years within Business Solutions, more recently focussed on our Protection systems, I recently accepted the role of Administration Strategy Delivery Manager, reporting to the GM of Administration. My prior experience within admin leadership and technology has been the ideal platform to take on the new responsibilities.
What do you like most about your current role?
My current role focuses on the delivery of strategic initiatives within Operations, working with staff across all levels and departments at Aviva. Our strategic initiatives are across people and culture, technology and business processes.
