
The Aviva Southern Aurora Solar Car
The Aviva Southern Aurora vehicle won the 1999 Panasonic World Solar Challenge, finished tenth in 2003 and withdrew at Alice Springs in 2005 due to a technical fault. Since then, the vehicle has travelled more than 1300 km in a special 24-hour overnight event. The team made enhancements to the Avivasolarcar for 2007.
